A team that left EdApp
Emily's team exported their courses as SCORM when they left EdApp, then converted the library to Word and PDF with our self-serve converter. The Migration Pack is the same conversion, with us doing the work.

Questions
Which authoring tools do you handle?
Courses built in Articulate Storyline and Rise, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, Lectora and EdApp (now SafetyCulture), plus standard SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages from other tools. Some exports are only a launcher that streams the course from the original platform and contain no course content. If we find one, we tell you and ask for the full SCORM export instead.
What formats do we get back?
Word (.docx), PDF or PowerPoint (.pptx). Tell us which format you want for each course. Word is the right choice if you plan to edit the content.
What happens to our files?
You send them to us so we can convert them, and we use them only to do that conversion. We send the finished documents back to you. If your organization has its own data handling requirements, tell us before you send anything.
Is there a size limit?
Each course can be up to 1,000 MB, and the pack covers 4 GB of courses in total. If a single course is bigger than 1,000 MB, tell us and we will work out with you how to send it in parts.
How does invoicing work?
Pay online from our pricing page, or email [email protected] with your company billing details and PO number and we will issue an invoice for $995. It is a single payment, not a subscription.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many courses you send and how large they are, so we confirm a delivery date once your files arrive and we have looked at them. The pack gives you 90 days to send everything.
